Wel, well, well, I seem to be having luck this week.

I've managed to sell ye olde worlde Orange P7. It was the 1st real mountain bike I ever bought, in 1994. Still a good looking bike but my project to reduce the number of bikes and buy a dedicated road bike means it has to go at long last. That bike has travelled the world. England, Portugal, Australia, Belgium and finally Spain. It interesting to compare it to my 2009 P7. It's a lot lighter, 100mm stem, rigid forks and rim brakes. Hard to believe i've ridden that bike up and down the highest places in England. Today I "need" suspension and disk brakes and a slack angle to manage the downhills. Anyway, it's a sad farewell and I hope the new likes her. (strange that I referred to the 2009 P7 as a "he")
