Espero que le pongan solucion no solo a nada tio solo es pintura puedes seguir dandole cerilla q eso no parte. Porq bueno yo nunca trate bien las bicis porq tarde o temprano caes y toma grafiti pero con dos salidas q veas ya una grieta se te cae el alma yo por eso ya la echo a la espalda y listo
El envío lo pagan seguro. Es normal que la tengas que enviar, era eso o que te enviaran un cuadro nuevo
Despues de la llamada de esta mañana he recibido este email: Thank you for your request about the CAPRA issues discussed in some forums. I will give you the maximum information about the issues for your information below: The ISCG intake is made of Aluminium and is sticked into the Aluminium cartridge inside the bottom bracket with special glue. The visible part of the ISCG intake is also painted in the colour of the frame in the bottom bracket area. In this area of the ISCG intake it is possible that in some rare cases the paint will get some small cracks in the outer lacquer coat. This is NO crack or damage in the Aluminium cartridge or the carbon fiber of the frame and has NO negative influence on the functionality, strength or durability of the frame or ISCG intake. The cracking of the outer lacquer coat at this joint is a matter of fact of the normal movements, which occure at this point. We are always giving our best to optimize our products and let you, our customers know about these changes. Further crack in the seat stay : In some cases it happened, that while detaching the Mech Hanger from the CAPRA some seat stays got damaged in the area of the intake for the Mech Hanger. This damage is only in the upper coatings / painting of the seat stay. This damage is just a cracking of the outer paint coating or the upper carbon coating of the seat stay, caused by the detaching of the Mech Hanger through a misshandling. While loosening the Mech Hanger bolt with a 19mm wrench it can happen, that the Mech Hanger is turning (moving) a little in the intake. This movement of the Mech Hanger causes the damage in the upper coating as described before. This damage has no influence on the durability or performance of the seat stay. It is NOT a break or damage of the carbon fiber structure. This fact has lead us to redesign the seat stay for future models. This changed seat stay will be assembled in CAPRA shipments from September 2014 on. After checking every single case very carefully, we will decide if we change seat stays under warranty or if we sell the new seat stay for a reduced price of 199,- Euros. We are always giving our best to optimize our products and let you, our customers know about these changes. This is why we will check on every single case to find the most cost efficient solution for our customers. Further redesigned Mech Hanger: The PRO and COMP 1 Version has a 1x11 Drivetrain from SRAM. Unfortunately the combination of this rear derailleur and the Mech Hanger causes the problem, that the contact-surface between the rotation-stopper of the rear derailleur is too small. Because of this the Mech Hanger is exposed to very high torques in this area, wich can cause the Mech Hanger to break. The CAPRA's Mech Hanger was specified and constructed strictly according to the requirements by SRAM. While testing the CAPRA this problem did not occur and therefore the Mech Hanger's design went into production. We very much want to make sure to offer products wich work, are purchased and handled responsibly. Therefore, we decided to redesign the Mech Hanger in this neuralgic area.
Eso mismo, pero solo lo referente al ISCG me ha llegado esta tarde. Vamos, que después de un mes de uso normal parece que es normal que la pintura se agriete en la zona del ISCG. Pero vamos, solo es en casos raros que se puede dar, estar tranquilos que por aquí sólo habremos 4 por ahora. Se nota el cabreo que llevo?
Ami me han dicho que envíe la bici entera, ya me podrían enviar el tirante y no dejarme sin bici un mes seguro.
Pero os han dicho bici entera o solo cuadro? Yo hable con ellos por tlf y me dijeron que la enviara solo el cuadro. Para que **** quien toda la bici? De todas formas en el mail ese que habéis puesto arriba pone que hasta septiembre no sacaban los cuadros con los tirantes nuevos y ya hay fotos de alguno que la ha recibido con la patilla y tirantes nuevos
yo pienso que no hablan de mandar la bici entera... pienso que almenos en mi caso me hablan de mandar la rueda, ya que mi consulta era sobre la rueda y el iscg, y sobre que psaba con el problema de la patilla, pero que aun no tenia la fisura... entonces pienso que lo que dicen de enviar la bici completa sea un mensaje automatico, y que cada uno tendra que enviar su pieza... yo ya e arreglado la rueda comprando un aro nuevo, pero espero que lo cubra la garantia porque ya os digo que si un ae-thriteen peta como a petado este y es normal, estas ruedas no son ni para rally... deberia estar defectuoso, yo creo que la soldadura estaba mal porque esta doblado en esa zona y no casa bien...
Estaros tranquilos..si os tienen que cambiar cuadro es normal que os pidan la bike entera para montar los componentes de una a otra...ellos no saben las cualidades mecanicas de cada uno,pero yo confirmaria que es lo que teneis que mandar. Lo de la fisura en el isg, puede tranquilamente ser una grieta en la pintura ya que son dos materiales distintos y flexa el carbono..en cuadros de carretera ya lo he visto antes, en direccion y pedalier..animo a todos los usuarios de capra que no decaiga el animo..y os lo dice uno que tiene una Strive.. para los que dicen que comprar directo fabricante etc..es un problema...para mi todo han sido ventajas. Que ganas teniendo un tendero? pagar mas y darle la brasa a alguien que no puede hacer nada que no puedas hacer tu mismo, el solo mandara email a la marca y a ti te dara escusas o largas, hasta que sepa algo..no por ir a un tendero sera todo mas rapido. Mi proxima compra sera una Capra, un compañero de grupo le llega para finales de Agosto..asi que cuando la vea en vivo lo mismo despues de ver como va sere infiel a mi Strive..suerte con la rapidez y a disfrutar de semejante pepino...Saludos...!!
Lo del iscg parece se aclara pero lo de la patilla? Mandan a todo el mundo una nueva que mejora el apoyo del desviado y evita el problema respecto a las actuales o como pone en el mail del forero si pagas se podrá coger el tirante rediseñado?
Ami por el problema de la patilla me van a cambiar el cuadro entero, el lunes lo envío. Acabo de llamar por teléfono y ya me lo han aclarado
O Ok pero entiendo que tu has tenido problema en esa zona, me refiero a los que no nos ha salido nada
Pues lo que ganè yo fue una bici de repuesto hasta que me trajeron la mia cuando pete el cuadro, una horquilla cuando peto la mia, y cuando pete el amorto, otra bici hasta que trajeron el amortiguador... Asi que lo siento mucho pero de momento para mi, tienda fisica 1, compra por internet 0!!!
Fallos de diseño tienen todas las marcas.....incluidas las que se venden en la tienda que sale en tu avatar. Y por lo que parece YT en principio ha asumido el error y está respondiendo bien
