Nice bikes! I've tried a Sandman bike with Maverick fork and 3.7 Surly tires, a 26er with bigger wheels than a 29er. Superb traction in all surfaces!

Hello, Good Eve,
Just stumbled upon this site and I was just wondering if Fatbikes have hit Spain? They are getting pretty popular here and I just want to know if anyone wants to talk fatbike. Hit me up. Looking forward to see whats going on in the Espana scene. Check this out

Hi, have a warm welcome to the forum.
Some 9 months ago in this very forum I saw a thread on fatbikes. As far as I know – for sure not an expert on the matter- they are not a hit in Spain yet, but who knows how fatties for now on are to be seen over here. People are really curious about how it is to regularly ride a fatbike. From what I see it is a superb bike in the snow, sand, mud, etc…
Take a look at that thread. First hand impressions at the time they were introduced, at least for me. AS you know, this is a Spanish forum –except for this section-, so the answers were written in Spanish. If you don´t know how to speak it, Google translator always helps.

Cheers!
I don't think I've ever seen one, I guess because it doesn't snow that much here in the Madrid area. In any case, Bike Radar definitely likes the Surly Bugsley.

They look like fun!
Live to ride. Ride to live.
Thanks for the info, Im eagerly awaiting for the surly moonlander and maybe bring it over there to ride. I'm sure it will turn heads.
