Acabo de comprar una Tija Use Alien 27.2 y un Cierre Hope 28.6 convencido de que estas eran las medidas que necesitaba y para mi sorpresa compruebo que tenían que ser más grandes. Al grano, ¿sabeis si se pueden devolver y que te las cambien por la medida que necesitas?. ¿Que es lo que hay que hacer?. Alguno en mi misma situación o yo soy el único imbecil al que le pasa esto, de verdad es para mear y no echar gota. Mi duda esta en que como ha sido un problema mio y no suyo, no se si me querrán hacerme el cambio del artículo. Darme soluciones por favor. PD: Ya he recibido el pedido.
Yo creo que sí te lo cambiarán pero tendrás que pagar tú los portes de ida y de vuelta hasta allí, digo yo. A lo mejor te sale mejor vender la tija y el cierre aquí y volver a pedirlo en las medidas correctas.
Ese es el problema de comprar por internet, hay que asegurarse bien de lo que se compra. No creo que tengan problemas en cambiarte las piezas por las que necesitas, siempre y cuando las tengan es stock y que los portes los abones tú (algo lógico por otra parte). estoy con Hurko, haz cuentas, es probable que te salga más económico vender las piezas compradas en el foro que afrontar los gastos de devolución. Mándales un mail explicándoles el error en la medidas, te repito, son gente seria y no creo que tengas problemas con ellos. Saludos

Muchas gracias a todos, pero visto lo visto me da que lo voy a tener que vender, porque con los gastos de envio de ida y vuelta al final no me va a salir a cuenta. De los errores se aprende y yo doy fe que de este voy a aprender a no lanzarme tan rapidamente

wenas he leido un poco por encima, pero, has mirado algun adaptador?? lo digo pq yo asi lo llevo en mi bici.... una tija un poco mas delgada y un adaptador q va por dentro del tubo, m venia asi cuando se la compre a flip flop. un saludo
