    Thanks Roger and welcome aboard!

First of all, could you explain us some of the benefits of the ceramic coated cranks? some people is wondering if the coating chips away and if it is hard and elastic enough for its intended use.

Thanks again and feel yourself at home

    Hola' IbisMojo

The ceramic material I use was developed by the aerospace, NASA, and auto industries for application to parts that are required to perform in the harshest environmental and mechanical stress conditions. No surface treatment can match ceramics ability to protect from heat, chemicals, abrasive and mechanical wear. We are the first to see the possible benefits of using ceramic surface coating to enhance the performance and durability of drive-train components. Ceramic has a property of self lubrication, applied to rings and pinions gear changes are smoother, quieter, with less wear. It is also a non-stick finish, which minimizes accumulation of lube, dirt and grit that constantly work as abrasive between chain and parts. Ceramic is the hardest material that can be applied, it will not fade, chip, peel. It is a nano structure and bonds to the prepared substrate on the molecular level. I've applied for going on 3 years with never a complaint that it did not perform as I say. This is not only on crank arms but rings and pinions.

To repair all blemishes and finish is $100 and to make XTR 960 into SS $125

    $100 + $15 (p'allá) + $15 (pácá) x 0,72 = 93 €

    is not bad! :melopien:

    Hi, Roger. Wellcome aboard.

Is it possible to apply the ceramic coating on titanium rings?

    Thanks.

Thanks everyone. I'll do my best to contribute to the forum. Concerning the application of the ceramic to ti, I've been applying to XTR pinions for the past year and the feedback has been the same as other applications, excellent. I've not had any request to coat Boone pcs. most wish it to stay natural or polished. This link will show photos of a XTR cassette after a bit of use. Any Black 9 Speed Cassettes out there?? - Mtbr.com Forums

I'm only acquainted with one Spanish fag, but it appears Fag is universal and not hampered by language and cultural differences, or to simplify for you............."A Fag is a Fag", and it would be hard to ask smart ass questions with their mouth full:alloreto but I'm not a authority knowing only one.
