    :pc3 Ya me han mandado el formulario de inscripcion que copio mas abajo.

    Se puede ir en tienda de campaña al estilo hippie, la organizacion ha dispuesto una zona de acampada o tambien quedarse en Amsterdam (hay una fiesta me parece entender :saltarin ) y ellos ponen el transporte, ahí dejo el formulario a ver que os parece.

    Terms and Conditions

    1.Definition: The ‘First Old World MTB Championships’ is a non-competitive celebration of the history of mountain biking. The cycling activities will be timed for riders’ own information and interest.
    2.Whilst attention to all matters of safety and security is central to the organisation of the event, the organisers take no responsibility for damage, injuries, thefts or claims arising from travelling to and from, attendance or participation in this event. By entering the event you accept these terms and conditions.
    3.All participants will be required to sign a disclaimer prior to taking part in the events and are strongly advised to wear appropriate safety kit including helmet and gloves.
    4.All activities contributing to the overall Champion and other prizes will take place on Saturday 5th September.
    5.Event payment entitles participation in the Dutch Trials, Retro Fashion Show and XC Trials – all other events are free and available to family and friends.
    6.Camping payment entitles one tent for three nights at the Jamarco Event HQ site. This is a fixed price for three days negotiated by the organisers and is non-negotiable. Other accommodation is available at Jamarco for those not wishing to camp including a range of chalets/summerhouses for up to 9 guests. Please contact ourselves or Jamarco directly for more information.
    7.All event and camping payments above should be made via the OWMTBC PayPal wesbite - owmtbc@googlemail.com
    8.Other methods of payment can be arranged – please contact info@owmtbc.org to request or discuss further options. Please note that all payments must be made in advance of the event. Please note that places for this event are strictly limited by local regulations and places will therefore be distributed on a first-paid-first served basis.

    Approximate timetable

    Thursday

    •Pre-event party at the Blauwe Pan bar, Jordaan, Amsterdam from 7.30pm (optional)
    De Blauwe Pan Koninginnedag 2009!!
    Friday

    •Travel to Schoorl and Bergen, north Holland. Event HQ is at the Jamarco campsite.
    •REGISTRATION from 3pm onwards at Event HQ. Bungalowpark Jamarco
    •‘Run to the Sun’ cycle from Event HQ to Bergen an Zee at 5pm.
    •Concours d’elegance and trials demonstration at Bergen an Zee from 6pm.
    Saturday

    •REGISTRATION from 8am at Event HQ.
    •Dutch Trials event for all riders at Event HQ from 10.00am.
    •Lunch break 12.30-2pm.
    •Retro fashion show and XC start from 2pm at the XC Start/Finish point, Schoorl woods.
    •Prize giving at Event HQ from 7.30pm.
    •Visit to Bergen town centre for evening entertainment.
    Sunday

    •Ride to ‘Jazz on the Beach’, Bergen Jazz Festival (optional)

    •REMEMBER! The OWMTBC is all about original bikes, clothes and riders….

    •There is a bar and food available at the Event HQ along with modern showers and other amenities. Weblink to the campsite/event HQ: Bungalowpark Jamarco
    •Note that participants should make their own arrangements for all meals – there is a good variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance to Schoorl and in nearby Bergen. A map and listing will be provided to all participants on arrival at Event HQ.
    •The organisers of OWMTBC will provide a water and feeding station during the XC event and beverages and snacks at the events.
    •A list of alternative accommodation and further advice on travel arrangements can be found at our website or via the Dutch tourist offices in Bergen and Schoorl.
    •The event organisation will be conducted in Dutch and English – there will be German and French speakers available!
    •Approximate travel times/mileage: Hoek, Rotterdam or Schipol airport to Bergen 70miles/1hr 15mins; Amsterdam central to Bergen/Schoorl 35miles/50 mins.
    Please note that there is a ‘Jazz and Sail’ festival being held in nearby Bergen – this may affect accommodation availability. Please book early if possible! General tourist information can be found here: Home - Peninsula Holland

    :pc3 No encontraba el otro post jejejeje.

    Yo creo que si que voy. Todo depende del trabajo. A ver si en un par de semanas lo soluciono y lo veo claro.

    Lo que no veo tan claro es que si empiezas el dia anterior con una fiesta, ¿el siguiente quien coge una bici? ¿y como acabaremos el finde? Pufff empalmar 3 dias de fiesta y movidas y unos cuantos km de bici tiene que ser mortal :meparto
