Hello. I write this post to congratulate the post-sale support by this shop, Bike-Discount.de Two months before, I bought several articles from this shop and they sent me via DHL and the Spanish post office. The parcel was stolen before deliver me, in a stop of the way. I did a claim form to the deliver company and their answer was I should claim to the sender. I informed the sender and they tried to claim the deliver company. Two months after DHL doesn't answer anything. For this reason Bike-Discount has decided to refund my money and apologized for the delay to do it, but they have tried to contact with the deliver company to have an answer and find together a solution to my issue. Amazingggggggg!!!!!!! Bike discount is a good shop, o lo que viene siendo lo mismo quetecagas, bike discount, es una buena tienda. PD: para el que no se haya enterao de na, dice que hizo un pedido hace 2 meses, y se perdió de camino, y le han devuelto la pasta.
