hola a todos finalmente me compre la qüer cxr3 de talla 20, aqui os dejo foto: Bueno resulta, que justo el dia despues iba con mi coche y me dieron un porracillo, pero por prevenir como me dolia aparte del cuello la espalda, me mandaron una resonancia, y aparte de escoliosis de 16 grados, tengo un prolapso en l5s1 y tb abombada un poco la l4l5, bueno esto ya lo tenia anteriormente pq siempre me ha molestado y sabia lo de la escoliosis pero en la radiosgrafias nunca salio el prolapso... bueno la cuestion esq soy nuevo en esto de la bici y quiera saber si seria conveniente algun cambio para ir mas erguido y aliviar molestias y prevenir... he visto por google q gente aconseja manillar de doble altura o potencia mas larga o ambas cosas en algunos casos, he estao mirando y no se que medida tiene mi potencia ni si se le puede poner un manillar de esos, se que es FORCE-X OVER ( http://www.bicicletasquer.com/mountain_CXR3.html ) que me recomendais hacer?
