I know the island is lovely for mtbiking ! We go biking a lot here in Italy and we are very fancy about mtbiking, we go cross-countring and enduring as well, we most like single-tracking, rocks, deep downhill... Hello "El Passero", nice website of your teammates, your rides are long and seems to be lot of fun. I wish I can ride in Italy someday, I was in Milan and in the nearby Di Como lake and that place is just beatifull. As U already have seen, our friend Angelinox has posted 3 different links to websites where U can look our weekly rides, pics and some description of them. Our rides are usually between 20km-40km but very steppy, no less than 1000m of cumulative elevation there are even some trails with more than 2000m of cumulative elevation, something hard to achieve in a so small island. We are always looking for some harsh enduro rides and even some technical downhills :mrgreen: Mallorca is a very well known destination for riders, mostly road bikers but also there are mountainbikers. Almost on every bike shop U can rent bicycles, most of XC or "trail" types. Some shops U can try on, Gomila, Blando, Bimont, Caldentey and in Arenal there are some more. I know there are some specialized places that rent enduro or even downhill bikes but dont know how to locate them as never has been in contact with them. Depending on when and where U and your friends arrive and stay U can manage to share a saturday riding with our friends. We also usually go ride on tuesdays and thurdays but short (and fun) rides near Palma city, about 10-15km. Drop us a message when U arrive to mallorca and will try to share some ride together. U can also check out some other webpages from other groups that ride here in Mallorca. Offcourse the language will always be spanish so try to use an online translator in order to contact with them: Xisco web site

I visited the sites you suggested, they' re very nice and very well done ! All the trails seems very funny, but I can' t choose the best one, so I ask you : What' s your favourite trail in all Mallorca ? I mean the one you like most both for funny guiding and panoramic view. Is there a short and funny XC trail (8-10-15km) very close to Palma where I can go for a couple of hour in the early morning ? Any trail U see in the list with the word "NABURGUESA" is the one U're looking for. The small mountains near the city are called Naburguesa. Some trails in the picture attached. All this trails are nearby the city of Palma. We usually get to those places right on the bike and each trail is around 10-15km, not to difficult and with lot of fun.
