    You can see this is an arthroscopic picture of the ankle joint and this is the cartilage. See this yellowish/whitish/yellow tissue here. This is cartilage and this is a cartilage that's goat little wear and tear to it because it should be vibrant Stark Trading System bright white. It should look like a white egg. When it starts to yellow and brown that tells us that that cartilage has gotten a little bit unhealthier. It tells us that it's just getting ready to start to wear away a little bit. You can see here that we've got a lot of what we call "hemorrhagic synovitis and what that is the tissue around the ankle that’s holding the bones together. When you crack your knuckles you hear that tissue. That tissue is a little torn. It's frayed it pinches in the joints so when the ankle goes up and down that tissue will get irritated because the bones catch it and make it inflad.
