Estimados amigos, Nuevamente escribiendo en el foro y esta vez para contarles del viaje que hicimos en Enero pasado con Chris Van Dine. Tengo la información en inglés pero hay muchas fotos que explican por sí solo todo. Disfruten! Chris Van Dine in Peru It is always a pleasure for us to ride with professional mountain bikers like Chris Van Dine. In the last years we rode with Robbie Bourdon, Richie Shley, Matt Hunter, Hans Rey and many other good riders from all the globe. This time we sent an invitation to CVD to participate on a mass start downhill in Cusco and then ride the most exiting trails around Cusco, Sacred Valley and the Colca Canyon. Did you know that a recent measure of the deepness of the Colca Canyon was around 4,100 meters deep? Yes, it is the deepest canyon on earth! This time, CVD did not had the same fortune as last year when he won the Megavalanche race in Cusco. Now, he had a crash just at the start of the race and many other riders were involved in the accident including me. Well, here are the pictures that say more than 1,000 words! CVD looking the line Just for the picture! Dropping to Cusco on the Inkas Adventures way! Awesome descent! Another Inca trail that drops to Cusco CVD buying local bread Looks like a steep downhill and it is a very steep downhill! CVD changing the line Check Pisac Inca site at the bottom! Another steep trail, now full of Inca steps! Urban riding The best bike I have ever ridden! The end of many DH trails in Cusco Snow storm going to the Colca Canyon Almost two hours on top of the world at night and with a snow storm CVD pushing hard on a climb CVD riding an amazing Inca trail on the Colca Canyon Our guide, Wayo on the Inca trail Again Wayo riding the Inca trail Amazing views riding downhill! This way please Alpacas at 4,850m Passing through a farmers house CVD on a close turn Wayo on the same turn Dropping to the Colca Canyon! Chilling out!
