Spain to UK courier?

Can anyone recommend a company to send parcels with. They will be going back and forth from UK and Spain (different parcels, obviously).
I have been looking at quotes from UK companies but them seem quite expensive so hoping to try find a company in Spain.

I've always just used the post office. If you think English postage is expensive, you'll cry when trying the Spanish equivalent.

As for UK companies, use parcel2go - I had bike couriered from UK to Spain for 30 pounds, only took 2 days too.

There is a company called Transglobal who are pretty good as well..

 

pharosparcel, sending up to 30 Kg from UK for 24 pounds.
From spain to other countries the best option is packlink.es

 

When I bought my folding bike in UK I remember that SEUR have an agreement with an UK parcel service, but i forgot his name. It works relativetely good. Otherwise, DHL doesn´t work so bad.
