Lo deben pesar, casi, sin las roscas para el eje del pedalier :? . Jolín y yo que quería comprarme uno..... :cry: for all those that disn't see my post on the mtbr-forum: at the Eurobike when looking at the Scott Scale LTD i was really blinded. the bike was so impressive it seems i completely forgot to watch for details. so i just went through the tech specs on the Scott dealers catalogue and discovered a few items that make that frame not so appealing anymore. i already phoned Frischi and will have another look at his bike to check for sure but here's what i have discovered: first of all, the frame weighs a REAL 1050g in the version with V-adapters (size M). the Disc adapters are also there so that adds some weight. the V-brake version doesn't have the added weight of the V-brake so that one is really 970g. -it comes with a semi-integrated headset. there is no ultralight headset like the 68g Extralite "the head" (they offer one for full integrated at 40g but not for semi- integrated). so that adds some grams over the Extralite....+12g -the seatpost size is that big 34.9mm size that also the Genius FS have. so you will have to add a shim to any lightweight seatpost....+10-20g -the massive seatpost size also makes for a big seatclamp that Scott lists with 35g - ouch...+22g when compared with the Extralite Ultraclamp which weighs just 13g. -you have to use E-Type front derailleurs with top pull. XTR = 125g....that's adding a lot over my 87g DA derailleur with adapter clamp......+38g -cable routing is completely different.cables are now routed under the top tube and have full lenght housing.also the rear derailleur has full lenght housing. last but not least also the rear brake has full lenght housing. i measured the housing lenght on my current 2002 scandium frame: 175 cm on the Scale it will be 350cm. that's double the lenght in housings. to make things worse the ultralight Tune Plastic housing i'm using now only comes in pieces 48cm long. so they can't be used on the Scale...you would have to use Nokons or other Al-wounded cables that all weigh around 30-35g/m. my 175cm housings weigh 32g (18 g/m) aluminium housings would weigh 122g (35g/m).....+90g !!! the only option here would be to glue some cablestops onto the frame and have a lower cableguide attached. then you would also have to attach some kind of a f-derailleur adapter...not really what i'm looking for on a 1900 Euro frameset so after doing the math we have: frame: 1050g headset: +12g seatpost shim: +15g seatpoct clamp: +22g front derailleur: +38g housings: +90g total: 1227g remember: my 2002 Scott Team Issue scandium frame weighs 1146g (size M)....that's over 70g lighter - i guess i will have to keep it ! here's the link to the Scott Website: http://scottusa.com/product.php?UID=5891

Pues como se entere mucha gente van a quedar muy mal, porque yo diría que la fama que ha cogido ese cuadro ha sido básicamente al peso que han anunciado.
Pero bueno, esto me parece un poco desmesurado... El cuadro, es más ligero que otros. Algo muy diferente es que si quieres meterle luego los componentes MAS LIGEROS DEL MERCADO, al tener una medida de tija más grande por ejemplo, haya que sumarle al cuadro el peso del casquillo. ¿Y si lo que quieres es un cuadro hiper ligero, y luego poder ponerle componentes resistentes para que el conjunto sea muy ligero PERO NO DE WEIGHT WEENIES? Me parece que esta gente está un poco mal de la cabeza.
Lo q esta calro es q todas las marcas falsean el peso de una manera u otra,pq saben q la gente se va a gastar la diferencia solo por quitarse 100 gr q seguramente le sobran al ciclista.Yo no pienso gastarme esa pasta por 100 gr,puesto q no la tengo Habra q hacer esa quedada,Y riauuu :shock:
hombre, cuando lo explican tiene su logica...que si el anclaje v-brake, que si los cables, que si el tubo etc... mi pregunta es: a kien le importaran realmente esos 100 gramos.? porque haver, luego van al mundial tios con su bicicleton que vale mas que su coche casi.... i dicen: esque claro, yo n llevo tal bici...una ******! porque puestos a mirar pesos porque no miran el peso del barro que llevan encima haver cuanto peso les da mas? vamos, yo creo que es una xorrada como una casa eso de gastarte 500 euros mas por ahorrar 100 gramos.(por deciir un ejemplo)
yo tengo un amigo k su bike le pesa 7.2 kg lleva el rotor solo con un plato de 39 dientes y sube mas k yo jejejeje la bike esa es una plumita eso es un loco del peso aunque no puede ni bajar bordillos casi con ella enia el sillin de carbono y se lo kito por incomodo
