encontré en la bahía un cuadro que me gusta mucho, en muy buen estado y a un inmejorable precio por ahora...y le pregunto al americano ¿ enviarias a Spain? y al abo de un dia me dice No sorry.

Le vuelvo a decir que si se lo piensa me avise...y hago la jugada de volver a preguntarselo con la cuenta de mi chica y diciendole que si lo envia a UK, y va el natas y dice que sí!!!! y me pide 20 dolares por el envío. Yo no lo entiendo!!!

Pues gane una puja de una horquilla en ebay england el dia 2, y despues de preguntarle 2 o 3 veces al tio que donde estaba la horquilla me dice que le han devuelto el paquete, y que si la quiero tengo que volver a pagar los 35pondrios de nuevo,,, y ahi va la historia... Ya me ha tocado los webs

WOW! ok, I had a huge unpleasant surprise today, your suspension that I have sent of three weeks ago, has been sent back to my address, I received it today, the postman said that "the receiver at the given address rejected the item!" which means that you must of given me a different address than to where you live or whoever opened the door to the postman, simply did not know that you had ordered such an item and therefore rejected it.
Now I paid just under £35 pounds for the postage, which was a parcelforce service to Spain which should of arrived within 4 days if it didn't get rejected. So you may want to check your postal address which is registered with your ebay account and then I can resend it but you will have to repay the postage.
Please make sure you give me the right address

Sorry, but it is not possible, i have bought more than 15 items last months, and all of them are comming perfectly. I have only one paypal and ebay address, so the problem is not mine, i havent rejected anything because i havent got it.

I hope you can fix it as soon as possible because it is near a month since i paid you.

This is the address that was given to me by Ebay, which is different to the one you just sent me now. So I think thats the trouble, Expecially as it was sent by Parcelforce and they have to make sure that every single detail is correct otherwise they are unsure and send it back as it comes all the way from the UK. This can easily be different with the spanish post, as their local postman knows his area but the Parcelforce guy doesn't
So I suggest you pay me the postage cost again and then I can repost the suspension to:

LALA LALA ALAAA

And anyway, why would it be my fault if it gets rejected or sent back, I have done everything I should of, Right address, Right time, good packed etc. I have done nothing wrong, it can only be that at your end something went wrong, like parcelforce said.

28529 is the post code, that it means (rivas vaciamadrid "village"), so there are no confusion.

I repeat,,, check my feedback,,, i have paypal account since 1 year ago, and i have bought more than 25 itmes, and 10 items this past month, and all of them has came perfectly. If you send it to this address that you got the first day from paypal (when i paid) it will came perfectly to my house.

So, excuse me, again i say it is not my fault. And i dont say it is yours, but you are the seller, and i have paid the item and the shipping cost, so it is you who must fix this, not me. You can check on your post company why it hasnt arrived here , they know it. And my post office, if im not at home, i got a ticket at my door and a sms when i get a letter or package and i am out of home, and i have 15 days to go to the post office to get it.

It hasnt came here, belive me.

Im not going to pay more shipping because it is not my fault, thats all.

But look man, the address are different, that is a pretty good reason for it not to have arrived.
I am the seller, I have sent it, for some reason that both of us are unsure about it has not arrived.
I have done my part of the exchange, I have taken it to the post office, and sent it, if it gets lost....its your problem, not mine, you could of paid postage if it does. And then it gets returned to me, so technically I have done all I could now that the postal address is incorrect or the parcel force guy could not find your house, that's not my beer.
Look you can argue what you like, in my view you have given me the wrong address. However if you think that doesn't matter than both of us are right and then? You wanna blame parcel force...what are they going to do? Just accept the fact that you may have done something wrong, I don't care of how many items have arrived at your house...that's got nothing to do with this case, and this case is that it did not arrive for what ever reason!
Now look man, I'm not going to send the item unless I receive the postage, because that's a lot of money for me to throw out of the window, it was your choice to buy from abroad, where you must encounter such cases.

Hi, i wrote you a mail while i got your last and it has dissapear so i will write again.

I told you last time, the address is the same.

You got my address when i made the payment, so there are no confusions.

I pay the item just few minutes after i won the bidding, i paid it with the shipping cost you told me (expensive by the way), so until here my bussines is done.

I have paid the item the day 2 of november 2008, and today is 26 and it hasnt arrived, when it should have been here within a week.

If you have to pay 35 pounds or take a flight to my house to give me the item, it is not my fault, it is your bussines to make the item come to me in time and on safe.

It is the last email i will write about it, the next will be an item not recived to ebay.

Be a bit more serious as seller.

Buenas. El problema es que compré una horquilla de suspension a este vendedor, y deberia haber llegado hace 15 dias. El vendedor dice que le han devuelto el paquete y que mi direccion esta mal. He comprado muchos articulos ultimamente y han llegado todos menos este. El vendedor quiere que vuelva a pagar 35 libras por un nuevo envio, lo cual no estoy dispuesto a aceptar ya que ya he pagado el articulo y el envio, y no tengo porque pagar 2 veces. Entiendo que no es mi problema si el vendedor no sabe hacerme llegar el articulo. Muchas gracias.
