We want to continue to focus on making alloy bikes that out perform the far more expensive carbon competition. This way our customers can do things like go on expensive riding holidays to amazing locations with the money they have saved! Plus we know that the vast majority of our customers want to ride harder than most competitors bikes will be able to handle (especially true for phantom considering other bikes in the travel range), and want it in a good value package.

Sure we could do what all other bike brands do, and follow all the same trends and offer something that performs on par, weighs about the same, costs about the same and doesn't stand out... but we prefer to make bold descisions to satisfy customers who need something aimed at more aggressive riders. I hope that made sense. I don't mean to come across as arrogant or stuborn, it's just that we have chosen where our focus lies (our niche, we are a very small niche company after all) and are pushing the limits in a certain direction to satisfy what the majority of our customers are asking for."



Dice cosas interesantes... como lo de los 400 gramos menos por ser carbono pero 1000 más caro por serlo...

 

Acabo de hacerle un upgrade a mi bici. 20 cts en cinta negra. Lo he hecho primero con cinta fixo pero como se seguía viendo las vocales no he conseguido bajar mucho de peso, ahora con la negra esta mucho mejor. Para los q tienen el acabado raw con cibta americana les irá bien.

Diosss he pesado la BH y 15, 20kg menudo hierraco, pesa medio kg mas ahora, eso si , ahora esta a prueba de bombas.

Hoy anduve cambiando alguna cosilla:
Nuevo sillin essax adrenaline xc, es como una tabla pero me resulto muy comodo lo poco que lo prove.
un disco xt de 200 delante que el avid de 185 es una castaña.

ajustando algo las suspensiones le baje el sag del 25 aprox a un 20 y ajustando el robote el bos apenas se nota la diferencia. No se si se habra ****** algo.

Y otra cosa que me esta mosqueando es un crujido que tengo al pedalear fuerte. el eje de pedalier ya lo desmonte y monte y nada pero me estoy temiendo que sea el eje pasante de la rueda. Hoy lo desmonte y estaba agarrotadisimo.
Creo que se lo voy a cambiar por uno de cierre rapico.
Cual es el compatible?? El de rock shox?

 

14 kilillos no te los quita nadie jeje porque el montaje me le imagino, zochi , gravity, xt, flow..

es que si pesara 14 me pondria a llorar de alegria... jeje... si no pasa de 14.5 me quedare contento, en esta no he mirado el peso

Estoy casi seguro que no llegara a los 14, 5, eso es lo que pesaba mi otro montaje con arch ex y menos líquido, ahora es que creo que me he pasado un pelin hechando jejje

Por mi parte me sigue mirando con ojitos el hierro, pero es que no para de llover y pufff que pereza..

Aun asi aun nose muy bien como configurar el cane y eso que me lo explico chullas.

 

En cuanto tenga mis ruedas en condiciones.. pongo la bici ya preparada para correr algunos enduros poco técnicos
