nos vamos a fiar de los empresarios? a mi en duda no me pone nadie: copia pega de email ah screw it i've held my breath on this company too long now, so much has been covered up its unbelievable. here goes! the facts: kane left the team for various reasons, he's abit of an ass but hey who isn't! basically himself and dibly fell out in the end, as did i. kane went to the masters in germany and six hours before the comp his frame snapped at the seatclamp, just like the rest of them, what dibly gave him to ride was a pretty hoopty angled frame, 14.5 inch backend and expected him to enter the masters on it which kane declined and sat there p!ssed off. dibly wanted kane to use the excuse he was injured to cover up what really happened. also the fork headset bolt snaps easily due to a lack of metal. the evolution frame has a flexy backend, mine flexed that much the chainstay got a dent from hitting the crank arm 7mm away! metal has a limited tolerence and will eventually work harden and snap. plus with heavy heat treating metal becomes more brittle so its malleability will decrease. a friend who still rides his evolution gets a new dents frequently kane and myself both felt we couldn't endorse these products so we both took ourselves off the team as for heat treating, yes they might have been heat treated. more than likely too much! at the forfront of heat treating frames we have the likes of standard and s&m and they are still producing frames 4lb+. and they're race frames! and we're talking about a street/park frame a full lb lighter! being in engineering myself and speaking with many people who are in all sorts of engineering how come no other industries have picked up on this 'revolutionary' heat treating process. which apparently is a 'chemical added when the tube is being formed' to make it stronger and lighter. now theres really only two ways of treating high tensile steels, air hardening (standard) and quenching in oil. air hardening basically is the metal being heated to the desired temper (colour, blue, yellow, chrerry red, blah blah) and then forced air cools the steel to harden it, the other is pretty much the same but the metal is quenched in oil to harden the properties within the metal making it stronger. enabling thinner tubing to be used and bringing the weight down. this 'revolutionary chemical' must be added in this process. however i fail to see how one man from manchester managed to discover this process whilst in taiwan working for coyote, bought the rights for this process, ahead of the multi billion dollar corporate companies could get they're hands on it. big companies go with big companies. not the little man i'm afraid when dibly and myself confronted each other at an event we spoke in detail about many things and from what came out was pretty much crap. two thing stuck out for me in the whole conversation. 1. when discussing the flexy backend i was told by dibly it was my profile cranks, apparently they are renowned for flexing so it must have been them. i've been riding profile cranks for 13 years and i don't recall this happening on any other frame, and they've been around for 30 frickin years, i think profile know what they are doing. 2. i was then told that paul meacher (who is a rad vert rider and a nice bloke, got nothing against him. though i fear for his safety) was enjoying his new frame and hasn't got a problem with it. this was back in the start of august, meacher got his first frame about 2 weeks ago! so he wasn't even riding one then! the retort on all of this from dibly and his clingers on are 'they were prototypes, the production models have been changed'. well from what i can see the only thing that looks any different are the dropouts. the rest of the frame look the same! none of this is hearsay, rumours, third party info. this is all what i have been involved with first hand. apart from kane in germany, but he lives two miles from me! my recommendations. if you buy one, invest in a cricket box and a full face helmet too! protect the looks and protect the jewels!
Yo no he puesto el coche.
